In this Adobe Photoshop tutorials I will show you how to make a stylish colorful text type effect.

1.
Start with a black background layer, then make an empty layer for the text effect.

Type in your text, make sure its in very bold letters.
Hold down ctrl and click the text layer to load the selection, delete the text layer and make a new empty layer for it.

Make a gradient a shown below, then drag it into the selection.

In the layers panel, double click the text layer to get to the layers style panel, then give it settings as shown in the images below.

I thought my text was a bit to dark so if you want to bright it up or even change the colors just go to image -> adjustments -> hue and saturations

If you want to make the line underneath the text as I have, just draw a rectangle shape as shown below, then right click and rasterize layer.

7.
Go to filters -> blur -> motion blur and set it as below.
