In this Adobe Photoshop tutorial you will see how to make an extreme glossy toxic waste symbol.

With the custom shapes tool locate the toxic waste symbol and draw it on the stage with a white color.

Go to filter -> filter gallery and locate the filter called plastic wrap and set it as shown below.

Go to filter -> blur -> gaussian blur and blur it about 1 just to soften the edges.

Now we will change the colors.
Go to image -> adjustments -> image balance and drag the handles till you get a red and yellow shape as shown below.

Now double click the shape layer in the layers panel to get to the layers style panel, and give it settings as shown below.

Again go to filter -> filter gallery and find the plastic wrap filter and set it as shown below.

Now go to image -> adjustments -> color balance and drag the handles so you add some green color to the shape as shown below.

Now we are done with the basic shape and just add some button to place it on as i did.
