In this Adobe Photoshop tutorial you will see how to make a glorry web button in just a few easy steps.

Start by making a elliptical selection on your stage, drag in a gradient as shown below.

Double click the layer in the layers panel to get to the layers style panel, then give it settings as below.

hold down ctrl and click the shape layer in the layers panel to load the selection, then drag a subtraction selection over the top of the shape as shown below.

Make a new layer and name it reflection.

Drag a gradient from white to transparent over the selection so that you shape will look like this.
Go to filters -> blur -> gaussian blur and blur it about 8.

Now make a layer between the reflection and shape layer, this is where our content is going to be.

Now locate the shape you want inside the button, I found one from the custom shape panel.
Drag it on the stage, right click in the layers panel and rasterize the layer.

Double click the layer in the layers panel to get to the layers style panel, then give it settings as below.

Now make a new layer just below the shape we just made, draw in an ellipse as shown below, with a black color.

Go to filter -> blur -> motion blur and blur it horizontal so you get the effect as shown below.
