In this tutorial you will see how to create a great text motion effect in adobe photoshop

First we start by making some dummy text to fill out the background, just go to google.com and search for dummy text, there are some free online generators to fast and easy making some text for you, then copy it to your document as in the image below.

In the layers panel right click the text layer and choose rasterize text to make it a normal layer, then go to filters -> blur -> Radial and set it as in the image below.

Now your image should look something like this:

Make a new text layer and type in the text you want in the foreground to be readable, I found that making the foreground text the same color as the background is a bad idea, so I made it red.

In the layers panel right click the new text layer and choose rasterize text, then go to filters -> blur -> gaussian blur and give it about 1 just to soften out edges.
