In this Adobe Photoshop tutorial I will show you how to make a stylish header web menu

1.
First of make a rectangular seleciton across the image as shown below.
Fill the selection with white color, (or the same color as the background).

Double click the layer in the layers panel to get to the layers styles panel and give it settings as shown below.

Make a new layer above the other.
Make a rectangular seleciton across the image as shown below.
Fill the selection with a default color (we are changing it later).

Double click the new layer to get to the layers styles panel and give it settings as shown below.

5.
Make a new layer and name it reflection.
Make a rectangular seleciton across the image as shown below.
Fill it with white, and bring down its opacity to about 50 percent.

6.
Now between the reflection layer and the other layers you can type in the text in a text layer and place it in the web menu.
